At Premiata, we strive for perfection in every pair of shoes and garment we create, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient home collection or drop off your package at an authorized service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
